Replacing the battery on my Mini iPod

Like many iPod owners already know, batteries don’t last forever and after 2 years of fairly intensive use I could only get about 30min playtime out of a full charge.

So, what to do?… Considering how much I enjoy using Rhapsody, the music subscription service, I was close to buying the Sandisk to get a Rhapsody-compatible device.

’t want to spend a lot of money so I was happy to read about an easy way to replace the battery here at F-stop blues.
the kit for $20, followed the easy instructions and voila! back to normal battery life in mi ipod, plus the satisfaction of doing a bit of handy work myself.

So if you are in the same situation and you like DIY, I would really recommend this option.
